How it works —
Strategy is critical when it comes to selling. We’ll work together to figure out the best strategy for selling your home, from pricing to staging and showing, and negotiating offers.
(Hint: the best price to list at isn’t the highest price! And I’ll tell you why.)

The first step is getting to know one another. We’ll discuss your timeline for the sale, the current market conditions, etc. Any questions that you have, I’ll answer!

The next step is to analyze your home! I’ll walk through with you and get a sense of the home, conduct a comparative market analysis (CMA) of recent sold homes, and advise you on how best to price and market it. Then we’ll bring in professional photographers, stagers, anyone that we need to ensure the listing hits the market hot.

The next step is showing your beautiful home. I’ll work with you to prepare for an open house and schedule any viewings, and update you with feedback from potential buyers. This way, you’ll be in the loop at every step.

As offers come in, I’ll work with you - advising you on price, conditions, closing dates. Once we have the perfect offer that satisfies both parties, you’ll accept and sign.

Once the offer is accepted, we work though any closing conditions of the buyer (i.e. a professional clean, carpet shampoo, etc.) and coordinate with lawyers. That’s it!

Once all the work is done, we sit back and wait until completion. On possession day, I’ll take keys from you and hand them to the buyer.
