A place to call yours — that’s what home is. I’m here to make that happen. My process is streamlined, thoughtful, and effective. I’m here to listen to your needs, and find you the perfect home. From start to finish, I’ll offer you my expert advice: from viewing and reviewing each home, to writing in your offer, and then receiving keys, I’m here for you.

  • The first step is getting to know one another. We discuss your perfect home — your needs, your budget, your location, and your priorities. Any questions that you have, I’ll answer!

  • At this stage, we get all our ducks in a row. You figure out your exact budget and contact a mortgage broker for a pre-approval, so that once you find your perfect home, we can can write you the strongest offer possible.

  • Once you have a clear view of your finances, the fun begins - we start scheduling viewings! With your criteria in mind, I’ll set up appointments for us to view properties that tick all your boxes. At each showing, I’ll give input, and listen to your feedback. At the end, we figure out what works/what doesn’t, until we find the perfect home for you.

  • Once we’ve found the right home for you, we write an offer! I’ll walk you through a fair market price, the conditions we may want to include, current market considerations, and advise you throughout the process. This can be a tricky step that takes some time, and we may end up walking away - and that’s ok! We’ll keep trying until we find the perfect fit for you.

  • Depending on the conditions of your offer, there may be certain steps such as a home inspection, insurance feasibility, etc. No problem — we’ll tackle each step, until our conditions are all met, and we can remove subjects and pay down the deposit. We’ll then send paperwork to your mortgage broker and lawyer. After that, it’s just completion left!

  • Once all the work is done, we sit back and wait until completion. On possession day, I meet you with the keys for your new home. Congrats!
